Job Requirements Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Objects Configuration, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, JavaScript Batch/Scheduled/Queueable Apex, Test Classes, Workflows, Approval Process, Assignment Rules, Process Builder, Flow, REST API, SOAP API, Lightning Components, and App Builder Configuration. 3+ years of Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience. Platform Developer 2 certification. Technical Leadership Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring high quality development and adherence to best practices. Architecture & Design Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and system architecture. Development & Implementation Oversee the development, customization, and deployment of Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations. Integration & Data Management Design and manage integrations with third‑party applications and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Performance Optimization Monitor and optimize Salesforce platform performance to ensure high availability and reliability. Security & Compliance Ensure adherence to security best practices, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business teams, product managers, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Code Reviews & Best Practices Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement DevOps and CI/CD practices. Training & Mentorship Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to the Salesforce development team. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and integration patterns. Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits. Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset). Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Events.
