Varsity Tutors is looking for experienced educational sales representatives who can work fully remotely, primarily during evenings and weekends. The part‑time position (20‑25 hours per week) requires a consultative phone‑sales approach to guide families toward personalized learning solutions.

Engage in consultative conversations with families.
Recommend suitable educational programs based on assessments.
Meet or exceed sales metrics.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of teaching, training, or educational sales experience.
Demonstrated success in metrics‑driven environments.
Ability to work a part‑time schedule, primarily evenings and weekends (Sunday‑Thursday 4pm‑9pm CT).
Strong technical aptitude and rapid learning ability.
Stable, distraction‑free remote work environment.
Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
