Sr Service Rep – Lincare
Join Lincare as a Senior Service Representative and support patients with durable medical equipment in apartments, homes, and care centers. Perform equipment setups, maintain cylinders, and deliver oxygen safely and efficiently.
Job Functions
Complete equipment orientation checklists and paperwork for new patient setups
Instruct patients on safe and proper use of equipment
Deliver oxygen cylinders and concentrators and perform daily equipment checks on a route determined by the patient base and Lincare routing system
Refill liquid oxygen reservoirs from van-mounted tanks as needed
Perform minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance both in the home and at the center
Pack equipment for shipment to the manufacturer when repairs require more extensive work
Maintain equipment maintenance schedules recommended by the manufacturer
Maintain company vehicle in a clean and orderly manner; perform daily inspections and complete proper paperwork
Clean rental equipment when returned to the center in accordance with Lincare policies and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/storage area
Follow FDA guidelines for cylinder tracking and oxygen analyzer testing
Follow Lincare operations, safety, OSHA, DOT, FDA, and emergency planning policies and training manuals
Work as an on-call service representative during evenings and weekends on an as-scheduled basis; respond in a timely manner and record information on the Service Call Report
Serve as a backup for vacation, illness, and other absenteeism periods
Act as group leader for service representatives and oversee warehouse operations
Direct the work of one or more service representatives, giving routing instructions and daily work assignments
Maintain center inventory and submit purchase requisitions to the center manager to keep inventory levels adequate
Overtime may be required
