Responsibilities
Provide direct care, counseling, and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Implement evidence‑based therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate discharge planning, treatment coordination, and referrals.
Offer crisis intervention and support to individuals in acute distress.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date clinical documentation following organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
Complete program‑specific assessments.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related field from an accredited university/college.
Level II background clearance (all Aspire Health Partners internships and careers require Level 2 clearance; Aspire covers fingerprinting costs).
Demonstrated experience providing therapy or counseling in a behavioral health setting.
Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans.
Strong understanding of evidence‑based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
