Follow maintenance schedules and policies. Perform routine maintenance on grounds and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs. Clean windows and screens. Replace burned out lights and perform cleaning duties. Service heating and cooling systems. Handle unscheduled maintenance tasks. Requirements:
Ability to move intermittently and lift up to 50 pounds, with assistance up to 100 pounds. Good communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively with residents and staff, including those who are ill or disabled. Meet health requirements, including a medical examination. Additional Details:
