Responsibilities
Build long‑term, trusting relationships with customers
Grow the business through sales and control expenses to make a profit
Inspect customers’ homes to determine services needed
Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers
Network and cold‑call to generate sales leads
Perform telephone prospecting and appointment setting
Accurately and timely complete all sales‑related paperwork
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Background checks completed for all candidates
Prior outside sales experience a plus
No industry experience required—paid training program available
