Multifamily Superintendent – Ground-up Construction – Shreveport, LA (Local or Travelers w/Per Diem) We have an exclusive partnership with a vertically integrated multifamily, hospitality, and healthcare developer/general contractor who develops, builds, and manages hundreds of properties across multiple states. Originally founded in the early 1980s, the company was acquired by current leadership over 20 years ago. Since then, they have grown into an industry leader in the development, construction, and management of high-quality real estate investments — supported by a thriving general contracting division. Multifamily Superintendent Location:
Shreveport, LA NOTE:
The client has a strong preference for someone local to the Shreveport area but is
open to travelers
with relevant experience. Full travel packages can be discussed for non-local candidates. Role Insight The company recently received the “notice to proceed” for a new, ground-up multifamily development. This project includes multiple low-rise residential buildings, a clubhouse, and full site amenities. They are highly competitive on base salary and can tailor the compensation package based on years of relevant multifamily construction experience.
