Customer Engagement Specialist
Suntrup Automotive Group is hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, messages, and customer inquiries. This full‑time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys helping people. You'll support both our sales and service departments by managing communication and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Base pay range: $35,000.00/yr - $45,000.00/yr
Location: S. Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63123
Department: Customer Engagement | Sales & Service Support
Schedule: Full‑Time
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls for all departments (sales, service, parts) and route them appropriately
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and text in a professional tone
Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM
Support timely follow‑up by coordinating internal tasks and notes
Perform light administrative duties as needed to support communication and service
What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized and efficient with attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and multi‑line phone systems
Reliable, positive, and professional demeanor
Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus (but not required)
