Corporate Travel and Card Programs Analyst
The Corporate Travel and Card Programs Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Travel Program, Travel Card Program, and Purchasing Card Program. This role requires strong analytical and financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service and training. The candidate will have advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in data analysis, compliance monitoring, and financial systems, and experience in travel and credit card logistics.

Travel and Expense Program Management
Corporate Credit Card Program Administration
Financial Data Analysis and Reporting
Compliance Monitoring and Audit Support
Customer Service and Issue Resolution
Special Projects and Employee Training
System Maintenance and Implementation Support
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required:
Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with employees across all levels
Experience with travel management systems and financial software
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with global travel regulations and visa requirements is a plus
Experience with analytical tools
Education And Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel and expense management, financial analysis, or a related discipline
2 years of progressive experience in corporate travel, card program administration, or financial operations
Experience working in higher education, healthcare, or similarly complex organizational environments
