Pay Scale : $30–$38 per hour (W2 only)

About the Role We’re looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and support a large‑scale digital transformation initiative. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and values operational excellence. As a Business Operations Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across Sales, Product Management, and DevOps to streamline processes, enhance system performance, and deliver a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject‑matter expert for a multi‑tenant auction platform, supporting integrations, operational initiatives, and issue resolution.
Handle customer escalations with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.
Partner with Sales and Product teams to facilitate customer integrations and communicate progress to leadership.
Collaborate with the DevOps Support Team to prioritize and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
Participate in release cycles by coordinating business testing, validating deployments, and documenting known issues.
Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and eliminate redundancies.
Provide strategic recommendations to leadership to enhance overall operational performance.
Build strong working relationships across departments to enable seamless execution of business goals.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems (preferred).
1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to adapt and excel in a high‑energy, rapidly evolving environment.
Critical thinker with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and process optimization.
Experience in customer support within the software product industry (preferred).
Knowledge of automotive or vehicle remarketing systems is a plus.
