Job Summary Under the general supervision of the Enrollment Services Center Manager, this position independently provides customer service for prospective, new, and continuing students.

Responsibilities

Fulfill receptionist duties, receive payments, enrollment and registration paperwork, schedule appointments, and provide front‑line customer service.

Provide customer service in‑person at the front counter, via email, and over the telephone.

Support admissions, registrars, enrollment services, financial aid, student account and/or student development functions and staff, including processing transcripts, inputting test scores, file management, data entry, campus, state or federal reporting, database management, troubleshooting, and general administrative/clerical tasks.

Assist with the management of student assistants and quickly provide updates to co‑workers and student assistants for changes that occur within enrollment services and supported departments.

Maintain Admithub software, ensuring text‑message campaigns are sent timely, the knowledge base remains current, and collaborating with other departments to address communication needs.

Manage and respond to department emails.

Required Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or a combination of training and experience.

1 year of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Current notary or willing to become a notary.

Work experience in a university’s office of registration, admissions, cashiering, financial aid, support services or a related function.

Strong computer knowledge with the ability to navigate through Microsoft Office applications.

Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.

Proposed Salary $34,039
