As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide
personalized, client-centered care
in the comfort of clients’ homes. This role is ideal for HHAs seeking
consistent, rewarding work with professional support

Primary Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Provide medication reminders
Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
Offer companionship, engagement, and emotional support
Promote client safety, dignity, and independence
Requirements
Valid
New York State HHA Certificate
Minimum
1 year of HHA experience
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year
or
chest X-ray within 5 years
MMR immunization within the past 10 years
