Position Overview
As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide
one-on-one, personalized in-home care
to clients in White Plains and surrounding Westchester towns. This per diem role is ideal for HHAs seeking
consistent work, flexibility, and professional support .
Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal care and daily hygiene
Provide medication reminders
Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
Offer companionship and emotional support
Promote client safety, dignity, and independence
Requirements
Valid
NYS HHA Certificate
Minimum
1 year of HHA experience
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within the past year
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year
or
chest X-ray within 5 years
MMR immunization within the past 10 years
