Responsibilities
Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations
Synthesize and present financial recommendations and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
Seek, identify, and approach new prospects continuously and establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
Customize financial plans for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs
Qualifications
Background in sales, business development, leadership, or other performance-driven roles; professional experience preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and earn trust
Self-motivated and competitive with a business mindset, capable of managing time, priorities, and client relationships independently
Demonstrated desire to grow professionally, take on increased responsibility, and pursue leadership and advancement opportunities
Compensation $90,000 - $130,000 yearly
