Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.

Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to help clients achieve their objectives.

Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans to ensure they remain aligned with their goals.

Stay informed about industry trends and changes to offer clients the most current advice.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.

Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Assist in the preparation of financial documents and reports for client meetings and presentations.

Previous sales or financial services experience is helpful but not required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Must be willing to obtain a state Life and Health license (training provided).

Compensation $90,000 - $154,000 at plan earnings
