Job Description Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Order Fulfillment Specialist. This is a year assignment located in Salem, Virginia. Pay rate for this role is $17.82 per hour. This assignment tentatively starts on March 2017.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Telephone and Email support to Field Sales, Distributors, Direct Customers and personnel for information on price and availability
Expediting of shipments and or materials
Tracking / managing internal external customer incidents in Siebel
Enter customers’ data, agreements, return authorizations and sales orders
Monitor and maintain Customer Master Data plus Security Check Bridger Interface
Have familiarization with export controls and customs regulations, shipping practices for export shipments, letter of credit, end user statements, Certificates of Origin and transfer pricing
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business or Arts
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in commercial, sales operations, or business experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Call Center experience, Strong facilitation skills, Six Sigma or equivalent
Terms of Assignment
1-year assignment tentative start date March 2017
