Executive Chef – St. Mary Village, Glacier National Park
Glacier Park Collection are seeking an Executive Chef for St. Mary Village at the east entrance to Glacier National Park.
St. Mary Village is a high-volume outlet open during the summer season (May-September). This role will be an extended seasonal 10 month role featuring an annual leave of absence in November and December. Position features full benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401k with employer match, and more. Discounted housing is available during the winter seasons in Columbia Falls, Montana.
Summer season duties revolve around running a successful, large scale food and beverage operation including Coffee Shop, Dining Room, Bar, and Employee Dining Room.
Winter duties include staff planning, recruitment, menu development, market research, and assistance with culinary operations at Grouse Mountain Lodge in Whitefish.
This position features complimentary meals and private housing during the summer operating season at St. Mary Village.
