Responsibilities
Assist the sales team across all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to implementation and ongoing relationship management.
Support activity tracking and execution for all communication throughout the sales cycle.
Create, update, and maintain profiles including relevant call reports to ensure relationship continuity.
Assist in profiling prospects, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client dinners or events.
Contribute to the design and execution of marketing campaigns.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly team activity and performance reports.
Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
2-4 years of business development experience.
Experience within financial services a plus.
FINRA Series 7 and 63 required or ability to obtain.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM systems.
Salary Range $130,000-$175,000
