Job Title: Business Analyst I - Operations Analyst
Job Location: JRA Building PGA Campus
Job Type: Long-term contract
Position Summary The Business Analyst I conducts complex operational analyses and leads medium to large project teams to support informed decision-making within the business unit. This role acts as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams driving the documentation and analysis of business requirements and processes. The ideal candidate will utilize strong analytical and communication skills to identify process improvements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct operational analyses and coordinate project activities across cross‑functional teams.
Review and approve analytical findings for presentation to senior management.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather detailed business requirements.
Create process maps, workflows and develop functional specifications.
Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories and support system enhancements.
Collaborate with other business units on strategic initiatives.
Mentor and guide junior analysts as needed.
Qualifications
5 to 8 years of relevant experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
Ability to lead projects and coordinate across multiple teams.
Preferred Skills & Tools
Business process mapping and requirements documentation.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user story creation.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
