Responsibilities
Contact assigned accounts regarding balances by telephone, in person and email
Work directly with assigned attorneys and accounting staff
Document all interactions, track accounts collections software, and escalate to legal action when needed
Qualifications
3‑5 years of experience in legal collections or related field
Knowledge of legal collection processes and regulations
Strong negotiation and communication skills
English and Spanish language proficiency
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software systems
