About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Associate, you’ll play a key role in executing Baysora’s acquisition strategy. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of sourcing, evaluating, and advancing potential acquisition opportunities within the tax and accounting space. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to take the next step beyond analyst-level work, being able to use your relationship‑building skills to help drive meaningful growt

irmsBuild and execute a defined and measurable outreach approach, including direct outreach to firm owners, as well as working with brokers and other intermediaries to initiate and advance deal discuss
ionsBuild and maintain a pipeline of potential acquisitions in the tax and accounting s
