Responsibilities What does a Service Advisor do?

Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled

Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.

Work with Foreman to ensure work is being completed on time.

Introduce customers to the Vehicle Report Card and confidently review services and recommendationsfrom the multi point inspection

Monday - Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm

Qualifications

Must be a “team player”

Must be reliable

High level of detail, organization and accuracy

Ability to identify, learn & work within specific service processes

Effective listening & communication skills when speaking with coworkers or guests.

Exceptional ability to learn and grow

Amazing work ethic

Ability to learn from veteran staff

Outstanding ability to work with a team and take direction

Ability and willingness to adopt modern technology

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in use of basic computer and phone systems

Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this

position.

Organized and friendly personality

Clean driving record

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
