Responsibilities What does a Fleet and Mobile Service Coordinator do?
Multifaceted job that has a large growth opportunity. Prospect, visit and schedule new and existing fleet service customers.
Visit businesses in the St. Cloud area to promote our service department, grow our fleet and Mobile Service business.
Work with scheduling software to coordinate and schedule Mobile Service Technicians.
First line of assistance for customers and technicians performing Mobile Service.
Answer all incoming service calls, schedule accordingly while promoting Mobile Service, Pickup and Delivery and fleet service.
Work with BDC co-worker to fill our service schedule, you get a mentor!
Asking the right questions so customers get the correct services performed
Pays close attention to scheduling software and accurately schedules appointments
Prioritize Fleet, Mobile Service and Pickup and Delivery appointments.
Work with parts department to confirm parts arrivals then schedule customers appointments.
Outbound calls, texts, emails to confirm appointments
Outbound calls to our customer base to schedule recalls
Take incoming calls from customers with vehicles currently in for service
Answer basic questions about dealership or customer concerns
Other BDC related tasks assigned by management or BDC lead
Qualifications
Two years of customer service/sales experience
4-year degree preferred, not required
Enthusiastic outgoing personality
Must be self-motivated
Strong computer skills
Must be reliable and trustworthy
Must have a valid drivers license with clean driving record
Must have reliable transportation
High level of detail, organization and accuracy
Ability to identify, learn & work within specific service processes
Effective listening & communication skills when speaking with coworkers or guests.
Exceptional ability to learn and grow
Amazing work ethic
Ability to learn from veteran staff
Outstanding ability to work with a team and take direction
Ability and willingness to adopt modern technology
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in use of basic computer and phone systems
Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time.
Organized and friendly personality
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
