What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct weekly face-to-face training sessions for customers and partners
Collaborate with sales, partner, product, and technical marketing teams to enhance partner confidence in AI solutions
Develop and refine sales training materials on AI and data center technologies
Actively listen to partner feedback and implement improvements for training sessions
Recruit and train internal team members to deliver specific workshop modules
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/MS or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
12+ years of field experience, including 5+ years in sales roles for AI-related data center technologies
Solid proficiency with AI concepts, including Machine Learning and Generative AI
Proven success in guiding customers through the buyer’s journey for accelerated computing solutions
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for sales audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in delivering and developing in-depth training for sales audiences
Familiarity with the employer's partner ecosystem and AI software stack
Demonstrated expertise in sales positions
Skill in using AI tools or copilots to enhance training design and delivery
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, or a related field
