role ideal for a proactive professional who thrives at the intersection of creativity, engineering, and customer collaboration. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a key member of our Engineering team, you’ll:
Support Sales Teams : Collaborate with sales during early client engagement, assisting in site visits, needs assessments, and presenting solutions.
Design Solutions : Translate client requirements into high-performance AV system designs including UC platforms (Zoom/Teams), Audio Systems, LED walls, Camera switching, and Collaboration tools.
Develop Documentation : Produce equipment diagrams, infrastructure requirements, executive summaries, and cost estimates.
Client-Focused Engineering : Attend design meetings with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure alignment with vision and technical feasibility.
Showcase Technology : Coordinate with vendors to demonstrate emerging tech and evaluate products for client presentations.
Project Handoffs : Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions from design to implementation.
Quality Control : Review completed systems to ensure execution matches design intent.
Drive Innovation : Stay up to date on AV trends and mentor others in the department through knowledge-sharing and leadership.
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years of experience in the AV industry in design or engineering roles.
CTS-D and/or CTS-I certification (preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit (preferred).
Strong technical acumen and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for follow-through and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with a passion for problem-solving.

Salary Range:
$80k - $100k (based on experience). Plus bonus.
