Position:
Entry Level Sales or Recruiting
Location:
Andover, MA (on‑site Monday‑Friday)
Pay:
Base salary + uncapped commission potential

Who We’re Looking For:
A focused, competitive, and hardworking individual who excels in creating opportunities and building relationships. As an entry‑level Recruiter or Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to meet client needs across diverse industries.
Responsibilities
Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling
Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands
Maintain long‑term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence
Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent
Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently
Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Account Executive Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, and prospecting
Use interpersonal skills to develop, maintain, and close new business opportunities
Nurture and grow long‑term relationships with new clients
Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media
Identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts
Understand business needs of clients and their ideal candidate profile
Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Negotiate pay rates effectively
Partner collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Exceptional communication skills, especially on the phone
Strong interpersonal skills and problem‑solving abilities
