Who We’re Looking For A focused, competitive, and hardworking individual who excels in creating opportunities and building relationships. As an entry‑level Recruiter or Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to meet client needs across diverse industries.
What You’ll Do as an Entry-Level Recruiter
Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling
Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands
Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Utilize CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence
Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent
Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently
Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
What You’ll Do as an Entry-Level Account Executive
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc.
Use your interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities
Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients
Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media
Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts
Determine and understand the business needs of the client, and their ideal candidate profile
Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Effectively negotiate pay rates
Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions
Job Requirements Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Exceptional communication and verbal skills, especially on the phone
Strong interpersonal skills and problem‑solving abilities
