The Day‑to‑Day

Setting Appointments: 6‑8 hrs/week – reaching out to potential clients and scheduling meetings.

Research: 4‑5 hrs/week – digging into client information to customize options.

Meeting with Families: 2 days/week – presenting options virtually or in‑person.

Administrative: 2 hrs/week – following up with insurers to facilitate client applications.

Requirements

Entry‑level is accepted – coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined, growth mindset.

Passion for people is a must.

Commissions This is a commission‑only based sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected. A full‑time agent is expected to sell 5‑10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, there are premium financial products.

Uncapped commission with a competitive bonus structure program and incentive trips based on results.
