Compensation:

$17 - $19 per hour Full-time salary plus benefits (Non-Exempt Employee).

The wage range shown herein is not fixed and may vary from these amounts due to the candidate's prior relevant experience, level of education, additional relevant capabilities, certifications, and other bona fide factors.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma (required). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Microbiology, Electronics, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 2+ years prior B2B inside sales, customer service, or data entry experience (preferred).

Valid driver's license and good driving record (preferred).

Ability to travel 50% or more (preferred).

Experience with PowerPoint presentations (preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (required).

Outgoing personality (required).

Ability to build rapport with customers and co‑workers.

Ability to prioritize, excellent organization, and attention to detail.

Positive and professional demeanor.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.

Desire to make sales their career and eventually move to outside sales (preferred).

Overtime as needed (required).

U.S. work authorization (required).

Responsibilities

Generate and email business customers written quotations.

Enter purchase orders into the computer system and follow‑up.

Process requests for sales reps and distributors (literature, demos, etc.).

Maintain and prepare reports, as requested.

Make cost‑justifiable product recommendations.

Communicate with customers via email and telephone, and route more complicated questions to our Applications Engineers.

Become a product knowledge expert.

A comprehensive training program is provided.

Must follow procedures established in compliance with ISO 9001.

Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Ability to type and work efficiently on a computer.

Must be able to lift 20 lbs.

Sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods is required.
