Residential Case Specialist - Bilingual
Fearless! Hudson Valley, Inc. invites applications for a Residential Case Specialist - Bilingual role. The candidate will provide empathic, nonjudgmental support and direct case management services to victims/survivors of intersecting forms of violence and abuse through the agency’s Residential Program and 24‑hour hotline. They will assist clients in creating individualized goals and action plans, facilitate linkages with community agencies, and play a vital role in ensuring accessibility by offering dedicated Spanish‑speaking support across multiple communication channels.

What You'll Bring Along
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, or equivalent work experience in direct crisis counseling and advocacy services.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and experience with client‑management software.
Experience creating presentations, facilitating programs, and providing training for large groups.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation to travel between the agency’s office sites and other locations throughout the service region.
Physical demand tolerance, including long periods of sitting, standing, walking, driving, lifting up to 50 lb, and navigating stairs.

Position Classification, Compensation, and Schedule
Position Title: Residential Case Specialist – Bilingual
Reports To: Residential Services Program Manager
Classification: Full‑time, 40‑hour flex, non‑exempt
Pay Rate: $22.59 – $24.03 per hour
Primary Worksite: Confidential, Orange County
Travel Requirements: Travel between agency office sites and other locations throughout the service region as needed.
Work Hours/Schedule: 40 hours (flexible; primarily Monday‑Friday during business hours with evening availability for 24/7 staffing). Staff must remain until relieved by another staff member.
