Reports to the Director, Residential Leasing, and is responsible for leasing residential apartments at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Key responsibilities include supporting policies and procedures, providing excellent customer service, coordinating resident turnover, preparing correspondence, assigning apartments, arranging temporary housing, reviewing housing lottery applications, managing leases and deposits, and providing market feedback. Additional Duties:
Maintain waiting lists, communicate with prospective and current residents, assist with marketing strategies, and keep detailed records of all transactions and correspondence. Qualifications: Five+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database management Basic accounting skills, including tenant ledger review and rent reconciliation Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle stressful situations Good verbal and written communication skills This is a full-time position based at NewYork-Presbyterian / Columbia University Irving Medical Center. All roles require onsite presence within a commutable distance to NYP, with no travel reimbursement provided.
