This position is the company’s front line contact with customers and supports the rental of construction/industrial equipment and store items. Job Description Summary The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional, professional, and efficient service to all customers. This role exemplifies the Sunbelt Promise of reliability, availability, and ease for our customers. English/Spanish bilingual is preferred. Responsibilities

Completes customer orders, sources equipment as needed, places service calls, processes order cancellations and requests equipment pick-ups Serves as the after-hours point of contact for deliveries and service requests, providing 24/7/365 service to customers Maintains a positive and enthusiastic attitude with customers Provides responsive, exemplary customer service to current and potential customers Develops knowledge of business segments to keep leadership informed of opportunities Focuses on departmental improvements and future-state processes and procedures Maintains established departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for overall success Performs other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager Qualifications

0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or dedicated customer service department Professional, friendly attitude with strong telephone handling skills Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication Strong work ethic, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong PC skills (CRM, email, chat); comfortable with technology Team player who supports others to get things done Positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional at all times Working knowledge of Sunbelt’s POS system (Wynne or AS400 preferred) Previous equipment rental or construction industry experience (preferred) Shift Schedules

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 10:00 A.M.–9:00 P.M.; Monday–Friday: 12:00 P.M.–9:00 P.M. Pay Range

$17.75-$23.26 Physical Demands

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds or more. Some roles may require driving, loading/unloading heavy equipment, and work in various weather conditions.
