Hourly rate:
$16/hr + uncapped bonuses

up to $60,000 to $90,000/yr
About This Role Verify, qualify, and finalize customer appointments to ensure they meet company requirements.
Contact customers, assess appointment eligibility, document confirmation results.
Work closely with scheduling and sales teams.
Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives.
Key Qualifications
At least one (1) year experience in a quality assurance or call center role.
Tech‑savvy, proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office; able to type 30 WPM or more.
Familiarity with Five9 is a plus.
Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently.
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
Active listening skills and ability to build rapport.
Outgoing personality, assertive and professional.
Attention to detail.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
