Bilingual Appointment Coordinator — Sales Dispatch
Hourly base pay: $18.00/hr. Hire immediately. In‑office position.

About This Role
Effectively communicate over the phone for sales representatives
Resolve issues needed to maintain appointment schedules and customer experience
Coordinate daily sales consultations and report progress
Schedule: 1:30 pm–10 pm, Thursdays and Saturdays off; Sundays 10:30 am–7 pm
Key Qualifications
Resourcefulness and ability to pivot or think quickly in problem‑solving situations
Adaptability to change and performing new tasks
Experience building trust with customers over the phone, handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance‑driven environment
Tech‑savvy; familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to speak confidently with colleagues and prospects; multitask on systems
Active listening skills and attention to detail
Experience in appointment coordination or sales dispatch
Bilingual skills: English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent
Employment type: W2, full‑time, in‑office. Location: 3801 SW 30th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312.
