Key Responsibilities

Conduct phone or Zoom interviews and enrollment-style conversations

Use a consultative, needs-based communication approach

Explore goals, challenges, and readiness for change

Clearly explain program structure, learning pathways, and expectations

Support individuals through informed, thoughtful decision-making

Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Use digital and AI-assisted tools to support operations and communication

Manage your own schedule, workflow, and follow-up activities

This opportunity is well-suited for professionals with experience in:

Consultative sales or high-ticket closing
