Support individuals through informed, thoughtful decision-making
Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Use digital and AI-assisted tools to support operations and communication
Manage your own schedule, workflow, and follow-up activities
