Front Desk Hotel Agent

Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel management system
Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and billing information
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
Proven experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality roles preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
