Business Development Executive – Healthcare US Staffing Job Overview/Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive – Healthcare to lead client acquisition, partnership development, and strategic growth initiatives in the U.S. healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare staffing or healthcare technology solutions, an extensive network within hospitals, clinics, or healthcare systems, and a proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue goals. Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities in the healthcare sector (hospitals, health systems, medical groups, LTC facilities). Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base. Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as HR directors, procurement heads, and CXOs. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaborate with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client projects. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and conferences. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems. Primary Skills

Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills In-depth knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing or healthcare services industry Ability to generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strategic thinking and execution capabilities Secondary Skills (Good To Have)

Familiarity with healthcare compliance and credentialing requirements (e.g., JCAHO, HIPAA) Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot Knowledge of healthcare IT solutions (e.g., EHR, telehealth, RCM) Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 7+ years of experience in healthcare business development, staffing, or sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Benefits/Perks
