Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Intrafusion services in the East Region
Identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and C-suite executives
Conduct needs assessments to demonstrate how Intrafusion solutions can meet client requirements
Negotiate and close complex sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales in the healthcare industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to travel extensively within the East Region as required
Preferred Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services
Strong understanding of specialty drug landscape, healthcare reimbursement models, and infusion center operations
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
