Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Intrafusion services within the East Region Identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and C-suite executives Conduct needs assessments to understand prospective clients' challenges and demonstrate how Intrafusion solutions can meet their requirements Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, ensuring beneficial terms for both clients and the company Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to travel extensively within the East Region as required Preferred Qualifications
5-7 years of successful business development or sales experience specifically in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and executive-level stakeholders Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue complex sales opportunities #HealthcareServices #BusinessDevelopment #SalesOpportunities #CompetitiveCompensation #CareerGrowth We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
