Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Intrafusion services within the East Region

Identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and C-suite executives

Present tailored solutions that demonstrate the benefits and ROI of Intrafusion services

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using CRM software

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to travel extensively within the East Region as required

Preferred Qualifications

5-7 years of successful business development or sales experience specifically in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services

Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite

Strategic thinker capable of identifying and pursuing complex sales opportunities
