What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Intrafusion services within the East Region
Identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, including physicians and C‑suite executives
Present tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of Intrafusion services to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to travel extensively within the East Region as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
5–7 years of experience in specialty drug, revenue cycle management (RCM), or infusion services
Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models
Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce
