Our client is a growing company in Schaumburg seeking a

Digital Business Analyst - eCommerce & CRM

eCommerce and CRM initiatives , helping the business translate customer and user needs into clear digital solutions. You’ll work across marketing, IT, and sales to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and enhance the digital customer journey.

What You’ll Do

Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into digital and system requirements.

Analyze and document workflows, data sources, and integrations related to the eCommerce platform and CRM.

Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and user experience goals.

Support the design and rollout of enhancements to improve site functionality, usability, and customer engagement.

Conduct data analysis and reporting to support insights-driven decisions.

Facilitate testing, user acceptance, and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery.

Serve as a bridge between business and technology teams—translating ideas into actionable digital improvements.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of experience as a

Business Analyst

focused on

B2B

eCommerce , or CRM systems.

Strong understanding of web platforms, user experience principles, and data flows between front-end and back-end systems.

Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems (preferred).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Analytical mindset with the ability to connect details to the bigger business picture.
