Billing Specialist
LHH is excited to partner with a prestigious global Corporate Services company in search of a passionate and driven Billing Specialist who is ready to make a significant impact in Houston, TX! This company offers a HYBRID work schedule after training. Qualified candidates should have at least one year of recent experience in a billing role and a strong desire to show up ready to learn and grow. The hourly pay for the Billing Specialist ranges between $25 to $27 per hour depending on experience. Job Responsibilities: Ensuring all invoices are correct and error-free Uploading invoices to and working in various client portals with meticulous detail Carefully examining contracts to understand service terms Investigating and addressing any billing discrepancies Assisting with various kinds of billing for roughly 600 assigned accounts Processing rebills and credit memos as necessary Job Requirements: One or more years' billing experience in most recent role(s) Intermediate Excel Excellent communication, written and verbal Ability to work independently and be resourceful Client web portal experience preferred Experience reviewing contracts or multiple kinds of billing preferred Pay Details:
