Position Details: Job Title: Billing Specialist Location: Detroit, MI (Fully On-Site) Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $24$27 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00am4:00/4:30pm Key Responsibilities: Manage and process project or partial billing for clients Prepare, review, and submit invoices accurately and timely Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries Collaborate with project managers and accounting team to ensure billing accuracy Maintain organized billing records and documentation Qualifications: Previous experience in billing, preferably with project or partial billing Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is ideal Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join?
