Billing Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team in Knoxville. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for accuracy in financial processes. The position starts on a contract basis with the potential to transition to a permanent role. Responsibilities: Process and manage billing transactions accurately and in a timely manner Review invoices for completeness and compliance with company policies Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate with internal teams and clients Maintain records and prepare reports as needed Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks Qualifications: Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related finance roles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday Why Join Us?
