Key Responsibilities Of The Contracts & Compliance Specialist
Review, draft, and administer contracts, agreements, and related documentation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies
Track contract terms, renewals, amendments, and key milestones
Maintain organized contract files and compliance records
Assist with audits, reporting, and risk assessments
Coordinate approvals, signatures, and contract execution
Identify compliance gaps and support corrective actions
Serve as a point of contact for contract and compliance-related inquiries
Preferred Qualifications For The Contracts & Compliance Specialist
1+ years of experience in contracts administration, compliance, or a related role
Strong knowledge of contract terminology and compliance principles
Familiarity with audits, regulatory reporting, or risk management
