Job Description: Insurance Account RepresentativeLocation: RemoteCompensation: 100% Commission-Based (Unlimited Earning Potential) Qualifications: Motivated and entrepreneurial minded Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative with excellent verbal, written and critical thinking skills. In this role, you’ll build meaningful relationships with businesses and individuals, helping them protect what matters most through personalized solutions. What you’ll do:

Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Identify Business and Individual clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options. Educate clients on policy details, benefits, and premiums. Maintain long-term relationships to support client retention and referrals. Stay up to date on industry trends, products and compliance requirements. What We Offer
