Are you a motivated, results-driven professional who loves connecting with people, closing business, and achieving big goals? The Varnadore Agency is seeking an Account Associate who can combine strong sales performance with exceptional client relationship management.
This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you’re not yet licensed, you must be willing to obtain both licenses—with full support and training provided.
As an Account Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving agency growth. You’ll engage new and existing clients, provide personalized insurance recommendations, and turn conversations into closed sales. At the same time, you’ll support ongoing client needs to strengthen loyalty, retention, and referrals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment and enjoys building meaningful, trust-based relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth – Proactively market insurance products, identify sales opportunities, and close new business across warm and cold leads.
Build Client Relationships – Cultivate long-term relationships that fuel retention, referrals, and client satisfaction.
Provide Service Excellence – Assist with policy changes, questions, claims, and account updates with a professional, solutions-focused approach.
Collaborate for Success – Work with underwriters and internal team members to ensure smooth policy processing and a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
A sales-dominant mindset and strong motivation to exceed performance goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and close sales
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Previous insurance, account management, or sales experience preferred
Active P&C and L&H licenses—or willingness to obtain with agency support
Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
