Account Manager – Insurance Sales Professional The Varnadore Agency is seeking an Account Manager who brings strong sales instincts, leadership qualities, and the ability to balance both growth and service.

As a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health), you must be willing to obtain your licenses with full agency support if not currently licensed.

Role Description As an Account Manager, you’ll consult with customers, provide personalized insurance solutions, and identify opportunities to grow the agency’s book of business. You’ll thrive if you’re confident in sales conversations, enjoy building connections, and are eager to earn based on results.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth — Proactively market and sell insurance products to both warm and cold leads.

Consult with Clients — Conduct policy reviews and recommend customized coverage options.

Strengthen Relationships — Develop long-term client connections that increase retention and referrals.

Deliver Excellent Service — Resolve complex customer inquiries with professionalism while keeping a sales focus.

Collaborate for Success — Work with agency leadership to meet and exceed production goals.

Qualifications

A sales-dominant mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Experience in insurance sales, account management, or financial services preferred.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.

Confident engaging in sales conversations and handling objections.

Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).
