We’re looking for sales-driven professionals who can grow our agency while providing excellent customer service. This is a fully licensed role (P&C and Life & Health) — if you’re not licensed yet, we’ll support you through the process. Are you a competitive, sales-driven professional who thrives on closing business while also providing excellent client support? Scott Morris State Farm is seeking an Account Associate who can balance proactive sales with dependable service to drive agency growth and success. This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses with our full support.
Role Description As an Account Associate, you are a vital part of our daily operations. You will develop long-term customer relationships, proactively market products and services, and ensure clients receive outstanding service and support. Your ability to connect with people and confidently engage in sales conversations will directly impact both your success and the growth of our agency.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth — Proactively market and recommend insurance products to both warm and cold leads.
Build Relationships — Manage customer accounts and strengthen long-term loyalty.
Support Clients — Assist with policy changes, inquiries, and coverage updates.
Stay Organized — Maintain accurate records and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
A sales-dominant mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent customer service abilities and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Previous insurance or related sales experience preferred.
Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).
